Popular dining options include PATIO at Yonge & St. Clair, a large outdoor patio space with over 10 restaurants and live jazz music, and Wylie’s, a local favourite.

The Yonge-St Clair area is currently in the beginning stages of a major redevelopment that will be completed over a number of years. The plans include three mixed-use high-rise condominium buildings and one midrise condominium building that will provide the area with a substantial increase in residential and commercial space.

Despite its busy and urban atmosphere, the Yonge – St Clair neighbourhood is also home to several beautiful parks and green spaces, including the David A. Balfour Park, which features several walking trails and stunning views of the city, and the Rosehill Reservoir, which is a popular destination for joggers and cyclists.

Accessible public transportation in this neighbourhood makes it extra appealing, with St. Clair and Summerhill subway stations as well as the 512 streetcar with its own right-of-way lane. This makes it easy to explore other parts of the city and enjoy all that Toronto has to offer.
