Casa Loma

Casa Loma is a historic neighbourhood located in Toronto. It is known for its iconic castle, sprawling gardens, and stunning views of the city.

The neighbourhood gets its name from the famous Casa Loma castle, which was built in the early 20th century by Sir Henry Pellatt. The castle is a major tourist attraction and is known for its Gothic Revival architecture, grand rooms, and stunning gardens. Visitors can explore the castle’s many rooms and halls, as well as its secret passages and underground tunnels.

The Casa Loma Castle hosts tons of exciting events throughout the year, including picturesque weddings, holiday brunches and dinners, and themed escape-room games. During the summer, the Castle plays host to the Casa Loma Symphony Orchestra every Monday evening. Annually, they host “Christmas At The Castle”, where guests enjoy holiday themed festivities. Every October, the grounds are transformed into an “immersive theatrical experience” during their halloween-themed Legends of Horror event. Casa Loma’s upscale BlueBlood Steakhouse offers guests a refined dining experience.
