Toy Factory Lofts is a hard loft conversion. The Irwin Toy Factory was originally developed in the early 1900s and was converted by Lanterra to create 215 loft units. The building features such rarities as steel ceiling beams combined with solid Douglas Fir posts – these rare features were preserved through sandblasting. The building is comprised of a mix of authentic hard lofts on the lower floors and new construction soft lofts on the upper floors.
